01 / SCALE

Your ideas. At full scale.

1 m³1000 × 1000 × 1000 mm

Bring large prototypes, patterns and tooling into one generous working envelope.

02 / ACCESS

Open up the possibilities.

Insidethe complete assembly

Follow the front door into the machine. See how the enclosure, working area and service systems fit together.

03 / ARCHITECTURE

Cooling that keeps pace.

Chillersupported liquid cooling

A dedicated chiller supports liquid cooling for the extrusion system. The enclosure separates to reveal how the head, motion and support equipment work together.

04 / PELLET EXTRUSION

Three zones. One extrusion path.

3 zones450°C maximum head temperature

Three-zone head heating manages heat along the extrusion path, with chiller-supported liquid cooling for thermal management. Move closer to explore the uncovered mechanism.

05 / BUILD PLATFORM

A firm foundation.

120°Cmaximum bed temperature

A broad heated vacuum platform supports part hold and surface temperature control throughout the build.

06 / MATERIAL PREPARATION

A good print starts earlier.

90°Cmaximum material drying temperature

Automatic drying prepares the feedstock before it reaches the extrusion path. Match the material and process to your application.

07 / MOTION

Keep motion well cared for.

Automaticlubrication for the motion system

Automatic lubrication supports the servo-driven rack-and-pinion motion system. Explore the gantry and carriage architecture that carries the head across large-format work.

08 / PRODUCTIVITY

Turn ambition into output.

700mm³/s stated maximum deposition*

Make room for larger tooling, fixtures and prototypes. The team will confirm material, nozzle and process settings for your application.

A CONNECTED PROCESS

Three temperatures.
One considered workflow.

Prepare the feedstock. Manage the melt. Support the build.

01 / PREPARE

90°C

Ready the material.

Automatic feedstock drying, up to 90°C.

02 / EXTRUDE

450°C

Bring the heat.

Three-zone head heating up to 450°C, with chiller-supported liquid cooling.

03 / SUPPORT

120°C

Control the foundation.

A heated vacuum platform rated to 120°C.

Maximum ratings are shown. Operating temperatures depend on the selected material and process.

*700 mm³/s is the catalogue's stated maximum volumetric deposition rate, not a linear travel speed. Achievable output depends on material, nozzle, temperature and geometry. Your quotation confirms configuration, material compatibility, lead time and delivery.

About the 3D visualisation

The viewer retains the complete supplied Swift CAD assembly. Group separation, camera moves, display finishes and lighting are presentation effects. The vacuum-bed surface is restored from the earlier presentation as a separate visual layer. The displayed assembly is not a manufacturing drawing or a verified simulation of machine travel.
