Permitted uses and regulated manufacturing
This service is for authorized adult users and lawful manufacturing requests. Weapons, weapon components, ammunition, weapon accessories, ITAR and similar restricted export/defence files or technology are excluded. Do not upload them. Resolve uncertain classification before uploading; a customer declaration is not an export clearance.
Declare intended use, destination, safety-critical features and required certifications. Medical/dental devices, aviation, automotive safety, pressure-containing, food-contact, electrical, protective and children's products and other regulated applications require the appropriate specialist review and product-specific evidence before acceptance. General prototyping does not exempt an actually regulated application. Missing clearance holds the affected order; it does not authorize bypassing review.
No equipment/material badge, provider ranking, inspection screen or automated estimate is a product certification or engineering approval. Customers control design and application validation; each manufacturer, seller, importer and platform operator retains the duties imposed by its own role and conduct. A customer waiver does not transfer mandatory reporting, privacy or safety obligations.
Do not upload malware, unlawful or infringing data, personal information about children/patients, stolen designs or content you lack authority to share. Do not misuse accounts, impersonate another party, bypass access controls or attempt source-file extraction from RFQ previews. Suspected violations may lead to an affected-file/order/account hold and appropriate review. Report a product-safety concern promptly through the safety report form or forgedformsfl@gmail.com. Regulatory reporting deadlines can start before an injury, and each obligated party must evaluate its own duty promptly.
