Forged Forms customer and platform terms

1. Parties and scope.

Forged Forms, 10329 Atlantic Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32225, United States, is the storefront operator. Contact forgedformsfl@gmail.com. The accepted quote must identify the actual seller, manufacturer and payment recipient. When Forged Forms sells the work, you contract with Forged Forms. Where an independent provider is expressly identified as the seller before acceptance, that provider is responsible for its sale and manufacturing commitments. 3BA Printing Ltd. supplies Alba Hubs platform services; platform use, provider ranking, an equipment/material check or payment facilitation does not by itself make 3BA the seller, manufacturer, employer, agent or guarantor of Forged Forms or another provider. Responsibilities follow the actual transaction and applicable law. No provider may bind 3BA without written authority.

2. Estimates and order formation.

An automated price is an estimate pending provider confirmation, not a guarantee of manufacturability, regulatory suitability or delivery. Uploading a file, publishing an RFQ or accepting a relay opportunity alone does not create a paid manufacturing order. The final quote identifies price, currency, disclosed taxes/shipping/fees, quantity, destination, intended use, actual manufacturer and seller, material, process, approved file revision, dimensions, tolerances, finishing, inspection and shipment promise. An order requires the customer's explicit approval of that quote and its terms. A revised price, specification, geometry or delivery commitment needs renewed approval before proceeding. No unilateral price increase is authorized.

3. Customer design responsibility.

You must be at least 19 and authorized to contract, own or have permission to use the submitted files, provide accurate units, dimensions, intended use and export information, and disclose critical features and regulated uses. You control design, integration and application validation. Manufacturing to supplied specifications does not include engineering sign-off, certification, assembly validation or fitness evaluation unless expressly purchased and assigned in writing. The responsible manufacturer remains accountable for its own agreed work and mandatory duties.

4. Automated tools.

Quality presets, slicing estimates, orientation, nesting, hollowing, wall-thickness warnings and proposed drain holes assist planning and can be incomplete. You must review and approve the exact revised model before manufacture. Warnings or their absence are not engineering approval. No guarantee of application fitness, error-free output, uptime or commercial outcome is provided beyond an express lawful written commitment. A listed Alba machine or material is equipment provenance, not a legal product-safety certification. Rankings do not guarantee provider performance.

5. Payments.

The final accepted quote controls the payable amount. A separate checkout confirms and authorizes a one-time payment. Program acceptance does not authorize recurring billing, undisclosed charges or withdrawal of mandatory rights. Subscriptions, if offered, need separate consent and cancellation disclosures. Payment services are enabled only after the identified seller's payment arrangement is configured and verified.

6. Performance and changes.

Each party supplies the information and approvals assigned to it. A provider must obtain customer approval of a proposed change before manufacturing to a different specification. A compliance hold affects the relevant file, order, application, provider or destination; independent permitted work can continue. Changes, questions, progress and approvals should remain in the project portal. A chat suggestion does not substitute for the recorded final quote or approved revision.

7. Conformity and remedies.

The responsible seller's conformity commitment concerns the approved revision, material and expressly agreed tolerances and inspections. It does not insure the customer's design, downstream assembly, service life or business result. For business purchases, to the extent lawful, the seller may reasonably choose repair, replacement or refund of affected goods for proven manufacturing nonconformity. These remedy limits do not apply when prohibited or when a limited remedy fails its essential purpose. Customer-caused errors, misuse and unauthorized alterations do not excuse defective work by the responsible manufacturer. Consumers retain applicable statutory and written/implied warranty rights. Report concerns promptly, with the order identifier and useful evidence; reporting instructions do not shorten mandatory rights.

8. Business liability allocation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the responsible seller excludes indirect or consequential commercial loss, lost profit, lost production and business interruption. Its proposed aggregate liability cap for a business manufacturing order is the amount paid to that seller for the affected order. For claims attributable solely to paid 3BA platform services, the proposed aggregate cap is the platform fees paid to 3BA by the claimant during the twelve months preceding the event; amounts collected for an independent seller are not platform fees. These allocations apply only where enforceable and do not limit fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or death, mandatory consumer remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Privacy, safety and statutory duties are not transferred away. These provisions have not been reviewed by counsel and are not a representation of immunity or enforceability.

9. Business indemnity.

To the extent lawful, a business customer must indemnify the responsible seller and 3BA for reasonable third-party claims and defence costs to the extent caused by infringement in its supplied design, materially false use/export disclosures, or its unauthorized modification or misuse. This does not cover a recipient's own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct. The recipient must provide prompt notice, reasonable cooperation and a competent defence opportunity. A settlement imposing an admission, non-monetary obligation or unreimbursed payment on the recipient requires its reasonable consent. Mandatory consumer rights remain intact.

10. Disputes and notices.

Contact forgedformsfl@gmail.com with your order and proposed resolution. Relevant records may be preserved for a lawful hold. No mandatory arbitration, class waiver or shortened statutory limitation period is created by these terms. No exclusive forum clause is asserted without a separate valid agreement. Changed material terms require renewed acceptance where applicable; the accepted version remains associated with its transaction. Mandatory law prevails. These are owner-issued terms; no legal-review evidence has been recorded.
