Customer files, confidentiality and intellectual property
You retain your rights in submitted designs. You represent that you have authority to submit and manufacture them. You grant Forged Forms, Alba/3BA platform operators and specifically authorized service/manufacturing providers a limited permission to process the files to assess, quote, securely store and fulfil your requested work, subject to applicable retention and lawful evidence preservation.
Submitting a file does not authorize its sale, unrelated redistribution, public portfolio publication or AI training. Those uses require a separate appropriate permission. Published RFQ cards intentionally reveal rendered previews and the listed manufacturing/delivery-area details to the provider network; those images can be captured. They do not grant bidders a source-file download. Original CAD is released only to the awarded provider with job-specific access and applicable clearance. Do not publish an RFQ for a design that cannot be disclosed in that limited form.
A requested hollowing, drain hole, orientation or other geometry modification must be approved against the exact revised model before fulfilment. Source revisions and customer approvals remain distinct. No automated suggestion transfers design ownership or engineering responsibility.
Do not submit infringing or restricted files. Contact forgedformsfl@gmail.com with an infringement concern, identify the claimed rights and relevant file/order and provide a truthful explanation. Disputed use may be held while reviewed. Platform permission does not eliminate another party's IP rights, export restrictions, confidentiality commitments or mandatory obligations.
